Airline FAQ

How long does it take to receive booking confirmation?
E-mails are sent to the customer at various times depending on the completion of the reservation. If all is correct and booked, your confirmation is instantaneous and on your computer screen. There is also an e-mail sent to you, and if there are any special requests or communication from the agency, you will receive e-mails for this as well.

Will I receive an electronic ticket or paper ticket?
The type of ticket you receive will be dependent on the airlines and their ability to have tickets issued electronically. Once the reservation is completed, you will be notified as to which type of ticket you will be receiving.

Will they get my tickets via e-mail?
All confirmations are sent via e-mail to our clients. It is at this time that you will be instructed to send a shipping address if your tickets are issued as paper. Shipment of tickets are via Fed-Ex for tracking purposes.

Will the tickets be at the the ticket gate?
No, not unless you have electronic tickets and you have no baggage to check in, then you can go directly to the boarding gate with your confirmation and your record locator. Please remember that you must have a valid picture ID with you at all times.

Can customers pay for airline tickets by check?
No, I am sorry, but at this time all reservations require a valid credit card with the exact billing address of the card holder. Once you provide the credit card information and hit "Submit", your credit card will be charged.

Hotel FAQ

Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The email confirmation you receive from is all you will need. It displays your Itinerary Number, the hotel information, the rate, confirmation number, and the hotel's cancellation policy.

When will my reservation be at the hotel?

What is the hotel tax rate?
The tax rate at the hotel is listed in the Info Section of the hotel description.

Car Rental FAQ

Will I need a credit card in my name to rent a car?
Yes, the driver will need to present a valid credit card in the driver's name. Debit cards are not accepted.

Will the car company that confirms my reservation be the same one that provides my car?
Not always. Some car companies have affiliates they use.

Do I need a foreign drivers License?
Not all car companies require you to have a license from the country in which you are driving. Check with your car rental agency prior to pick up to be sure you are prepared.

Is there a shuttle service to my rental car?
Many rental agencies offer shuttle service to the car pick up location from the airport. You will need to ask about this service prior to your arrival or check at the airport.
